its simple.. just keep of sugar,rice and potatoes. take a mild detox like 'triphala' tablets.. take three every night before going to bed.massage your cellulite prone areas with 'vlcc's shape up gel and oil.do a bit of yoga every evening.take brisk walks after every meal.
you are sure to lose weight in a week!

There is no way you can become slim in a week, at least not in a healthy way. Sorry :( And if your boyfriend is telling you to get skinny within a week, he's crazy and shouldn't be telling you what to do or to change your looks for him.

There's no magic way to become slim in a week other than liposuction, the best thing I can tell you is eat healthy and exercise.

do lots of exercise, running is good at slimming you down, if you can do 30mins of exercise 2-3 times a day especially before you eat (eg aerobics dvd in morning is gd when wether is terrible maybe run in evening) eat plenty of fruit and veg (things like bananas and parsnips have lots of carbs in to keep you going) plenty of water (room temp as chilled will slow yr metabolism). dont go for processed food, really easy to blend up a homemade soup (stock and whatever veg u fancy) without all the additives;cut out meat go for fish instead is much easier to digest so less bloating. Don't starve yourself yr body will go into starvation mode and hang onto everything you eat as its being deprived. have mini meals, or healthy snacks between meals - fruit (dried and fresh easy to throw in yr bag). Will take more than a wk but u shud start to c differences, esp with lotsa exercise.

Some one says to stop eating and have beer. I shall say the same but stop eating anything and have only whisky entire week.

First u appetite will be lost. Then the parts will be gone i.e. the intestines and the other periferals. Then comes leaning and then the bones and the structure. U shall c the diff within two days and within a weeks time or ten days time u wont be there to be seen.

Therefore dont crave for shortcuts. Follow the entire schedule.

You can't become "slim" but you can stop bloating and start to lose weight. Drink lots of water, green tea is good aswell, don't have salt, and try to stick to fresh things, like fruits and vegetables, and stay away from breads and pastas, cut back on dairy.

it's impossible to get slim in a week.dont pray for slim in a week.you'll need at least 2 weeks,but you need to work

NOT POSSIBLE SWEET HEART IN A WEEK...

BUT start leaving healthy!!!

I do treadmill for 30 minutes, and strengthning for 30 minutes 5x a week.

NEVER skeep breakfast, have oatmeal & fruit for breakfast.

Have salmon & vegetables for lunch.

Have almonds, raisin, smoothies, fruits for your snacks.

These food will boost your metabolism.

Have 3 table spoon of raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar everyday to clean the fats. IT WORKS.

Fruit & vegetables for dinner.

NEVER STARVE YOUR SELF. Because you'll binge.
