because we cant understand the effect our words have on others until we have walked in their shoes
and i have tried very deliberatly to put myself in someones elses position before i speak now
i used to just speak and act without thinking ... now i pause
this takes a lot of getting used to and requires a lot of practise and patience... but it works
i am sure that you never intend to harm anyone
because some people are more sensative than others , or we dont know the background of someone to understand what may hurt them
but please please dont worry so much though
as long as your intention is good then thats all you should worry about ... and learn from times when you have hurt so that you do not repeat it xx
