Pumping up your muscles means that they are expanding due to blood and water entering, it does not mean you are gainging muscle mass and strength.
If you want to temporarily pump up your muscles without lifting heavy weights you can do push ups, dips and pull ups.

Some people like Tai Chi. It's an isometric exercise. You don't bulk up too much, but it can help you tone really well. You don't need any equipment either, but you also won't be able to work on some of the muscles you could work on if you're in a gym.

i find having a w*nk on a daily bases gets my arms looking like arnies just remember to switch hands.If you dont like the sound of that idea do some press/sit/pull ups every day this is good for toning your body

buy some weights you can use at home, theres more motivation at the gym tho, and you r more likely 2 succeed

do some push up, sits up, run the stairs back and forth, pull up & clean your house everyday. then eat lots of protein.
