I was just wondering if I could find out specifically what the break down is of my taxes or whether this is 'classified' information... I want to know for example, what percentage of my income tax goes towards NHS and how much of council tax actually goes to upkeep of roads, and street lighting in my area? Plus how much of every tax goes towards the government's wages.

Shouldn't this be public information though... to know where our money is going?... surely the freedom of information act should have given us some justification in demading this information?

Quite simply, no you can't. All income tax, National Insurance, VAT etc goes into one central pot and is then distributed by the government according to the Budget. You could find out how much total revenue was collected from taxes in the last financial year (the info is totally free from www.hmrc.gov.uk) and then look at the budget on the Treasury website to see who was allocated what and work it out as a percentage. This is still almost impossible however, as revenue also comes in from petroleum tax, landfill tax, excise duty, air passenger duty, not to mention road tax, council tax and various fines etc, so finding out how much income tax goes to the NHS etc is almost nigh on impossible to calculate.

the 1st action that would desire to be made is to ask for dismissal of the full case simply by fact the plaintiff would not have the criminal status to report the case (attributable to plaintiff's loss of criminal status in the country). Now, if somebody became into arrested and it became out that the guy became into in status or relatively a citizen (which has befell), yet became into arrested simply by fact the guy became into believed to be an unlawful alien, this is distinctive.

Practically impossible. About the only thing you could do is check the National Audit Office (NAO) to see what their current and ongoing projects are.
