All human beings are equal in the sight of God. Unfortunately, we don't see each other the same way God sees us.
Any organization, no matter which of the preceeding answers you choose, is going to have fallible people in it. People who classify you as less than they for whatever reason. My suggestion is you stop looking to people for reassurance of your worth and look to God instead.

do you mean a religion ? because there are many that do believe so
most Pagan religions , Buddhism , spiritualism and some more I'm sure believe that we are all equal

Christianity teaches we are all equal in God's eyes there for we are all equel. if we treat each other as God wonts ( brothers and sisters ) we should get there
