I often use plastic storage containers to measure. A lot of them are marked on the bottom to indicate their measurement.

A cup is about 6 ozs or 200 ml.
2/3 cup is 4 ozs. See what you have.
If you have a table spoon, 6 or so may do.
A little here and there do not matter.
Do you have a coke bottle or can? See the measure. Find how you get 200 ml . Then 2/3 of that.

One cup= 8 oz. Check how many ounces are in a can or bottle of soda. You could use an empty can or bottle- for the 2/3 measurement, just fill an 8 oz. can 2/3 of the way to the top.

Take a small coffee mug (wich is equivelant to about a cup) you can either eyeball it or make 3 marks on the cup, then measure 2/3 cup.
A cup equals 8 oz. btw! So, 2/3 is a little more than 5 oz.

A regular coffee cup is about right, or 2/3 of a coffee mug - roughly!!! :-) Stir it up and add a bit more if it is too thick!

Estimate! I always do. It always goes ok. If it's too thick, i add milk/water. And vica versa. And after a while, it'll make you a better cook.

240cc= 1cup
240ccX 2/3 = 160cc
15cc= 1TBSP
5cc= 1tsp.
Just divide it out to see how many tablespoons or teaspoons are in there.
