My young sister did and unfortunately it killed her, it is a usually fatal disease of the kidneys.

My little brother did. I think the doctor told him it would make him die young. Well he is now in his 40s and he is still kicking. It didn't have any long term affects yet. He has a son now and he was diagnosed with it too.

My daughter had it when she was 7 or 8, shes 17 now and it had no long tern effect on her in anyway..
