My wife and I moved from Virginia Beach to Ohio last spring for a job related transfer. Her company gave us 25k for the move which is reported on her W2. Can I also deduct the money we spent for the move on my taxes as I itemize? I checked irs.gov and I do qualify for the deduction based on the mileage test. Thanks for any help.

Use form 3903 when completing your tax return. If the employer was paying for qualified moving expenses they should not have put that in the W-2. The W-2 should only include non-qualified expenses that the employer paid you for.
If you follow the form you will get to deduct the costs of moving as a deduction in arriving at adjusted gross income.
