Nowhere does Scripture explicitly state that animals do not have souls...There is nothing in Scripture I know of that would preclude the possibility of animals' continued existence...The Bible does give us some reason to hope that departed animals will be restored. We read in the Bible that redemption is a cosmic matter. The whole creation is destined to be redeemed through the work of Christ (Romans 8:21), and we see the images of what heaven will be like; beautiful passages of Scripture tell us about the lion and lamb and other animals being at peace with one another.(Isaiah 11:6-8). Whenever heaven is described, though it may be in highly imaginative language, it is a place where animals seem to be present. Whether these are animals newly created for the new heavens and the new earth, or they are the redeemed souls of our pets that have perished, we can't know for sure.

Yes animals go to Heaven. The concept of Heaven is that all the things that made you happy on earth will be there for you in Heaven. Our pets give us joy and love and are God's creatures and he brings them back to him just as we return to him when we die.

I believe there are animals in heaven. Why wouldn't God want us to have our pets with us if we desire it? The bible does mention the lion, and the lamb, horses, bears etc. But none of the animals will be flesh eating, they will eat straw. I believe our pets will be there, but they won't be as crazy about us as they are here, because they'll be praising and worshipping God alongside us and we'll be happy for it.

For me this is another mystery. We know animals are emotional. I cannot believe a creature with the emotions to know love, sadness, and so on has no soul. I pray to God for a Heavenly Eternity for animals.

The Hebrew word for soul is "nephesh" and is also the word for animal. Heaven, in the Bible, is also described as animals of various sorts being together without violence or death.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

It does say in Islam that everyone will get the just reward or punishment for what they did, even animals and birds. They have laws that rule their lives and they know them.
Peace

They have no rational sense. Therefore they cannot consciously choose to do good to attain the heavenly bliss like men. And since they have no freewill to make choice, the don't have to suffer hellish regret like men.
