Unless you have a disease that fiber aggravates, I'd say no, you can't have too much fiber. If you notice yourself going to the bathroom for number two a few too many times in the day, you might want to add a little cheese to your diet, ha ha!

No most people dont get nearly enough fiber a day, but too much can have reverse effects, like constipation
