i was thinking of joing a christian group, for chior and prayers are there any that are simple and small and not so intense like churches.
i want somthimg like a small group of people just coming together.

maybe you should think about having a look at the Buddhist's ideas. Do some research. To me, it's the most peaceful and least hate-mongering of all the organisations who reckon on "saving your soul". Plus, as far as the Buddha is concerned, it's up to YOU - not someone's idea of what should be or should not be...if you want to become a better person , then it's your responsibility. The way to achieve this better life is through the practice of Compassion, Forgiveness and Love, within your own heart / mind / soul. when you adopt these ideals, your wonderful new self shows others that they can achieve the same!!!

Yes just keep looking in your local area, you can find a church for just about any taste. If you are in this for the Christianity, and not just togetherness keep up with your regular Bible reading. Because not all churches that claim Christ are actually claimed by Christ.

do you want to be part of that group or do you just want to join to be entertain? religion is serious. you are talking about serving God. If you want to be entertain than I say you can find any group, if you want to be a part of a TRUE RELIGION you must search out the TRUTH.

Join the YMCA. (yOUNG mEN's Christian Association). They accept women too. (YWCA). aND it's fun!
