I understand your problem very properly. Do the following things to make ur hair silky, shine. By following these steps you will never get dry skin:-
1. Try light almond oil every night on your head (dont put too much).
2. Wake up in the morning and wash your head with nice shapoo with conditioner (i would prefer garnier).
3. Never put anything else like sprays and gels on your hair beacuse in advertisemnt they look very cool but they are useless and harmfull to ourt hair in reality.
I HOPE I WAS HELPFUL

Did you mean dry SCALP/HAIR? Because there really is no connection between a dandruff shampoo and having a dry SKIN. As for your question, you must not use a dandruff shampoo if you don't have any dandruff because it will just make your scalp/hair dry more. Try using a non-dandruff shampoo every day and put conditioner on your hair every other day.

well i know of a few friends that had the same problem as you the thing is with certain shampoos they take care of the problem whilst your using it but once you stop the dry scalp comes back, what you can do that seems to work is use hair oil, use it every night before you go to bed ( just a little message it into your scalp) and then wash it in the morning you;l soon notice the difference :) hope this helps

use a humidifier.
p.s. the dandruff shampoo works really well for getting out grass stains from jeans. - it will remove almost any kind of protein stain from almost any type of fabric!
