I want to delete Vista off my computer so i don't get the dual boot screen when I turn on my computer. What is the best way to go about doing this?

You mean that you have installed Microsoft Windows Vista and not able to delete it. Here are some ways:-
1.You have to reboot your computer to keep one windows.
2. You need windows cd to reboot orginally
3. Ask any computer engineer they have those cds.

BY THE WAY CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THAT FROM WHERE DID YOU GET WINDOWS VISTA.

I dual boot XP and Ubuntu (Linux) myself...

If you want to get rid of Vista (and it's on a separate hard drive), choose to "format" that hard drive in XP. Just make sure you don't have anything you want to keep on that hard drive - formatting wipes EVERYTHING.
