im so hoping that someone can help me. I downloaded the latest version of Windows media player about a month ago and ever since i havent been able to play any music at all. The song loads into the screen but no music comes out. Can someone show me how to fix this? Or can someone recommend another player that i can use? Thanks!

Make sure that your speakers are not muted. Click on speaker in the bottom right corner of your screen and check out the equalizer. Or, check out the properties on the Media Player file and make sure all is okay, then check the properities on the drive you are using and make sure the settings have not changed.
