Please tell me,is it soooo important to calculate how many calories do you enter in your body per day?I really don't agree with that,on my opinion more imortant is to watch out for the fat...For example you can eat a whole chocolate which doesn't have a lot of calories but is full of fat!

well really you have to watch, fat, protein, calories and carbs. The amount you have depends on your body and some people can go on a low fat diet and be fine, but they are eating a lot of carbs and lose weight. someone else might be able to eat high protein and high fat and lose weight. depends on the person. some people can eat whatever they want in limited amount and just count calories and they are fine. You can have a bottle of whisky every night which is no fat, but very high in calories. drinking like that, i guarantee the person might start to get a beer belly.
