Lots of grocery stores and drug store chains sell them, along with other retail store gift cards. A few years ago I bought some thru a bank of america web site, but they were out of them this year at Christmas time.

You really dont have to be 18. I went to my local convenience store and bought one a while back I was 15. By the way unless you need it for online I dont suggest buying it with taxes and activation you end up spending like 3 - 5 bucks more =/
