If you'd have asked me that a few years ago I'd have been first in the queue.
Now we've the smoking ban in Ireland I don't bother.
Now we've the draconian drink drive laws I'd need to get a taxi there and a taxi back and if you're talking about a Saturday night then that
is easier said than done.
The sad fact is that nobody's going down to the pub in Ireland any more and pubs are disappearing every day of the week.Many are in prime locations and were built on large plots to accommodate car parks.So who is making a killing?Property developers.
The rest of us stay at home or go to eachothers houses for entertainment.
In the first 9 months of the smoking ban in pubs and restaurants here 7,000 workers lost their jobs.The Irish pub culture is dead
