I use to have Nero to use along with my CD burner but I lost it. Is there any free software I can download online to burn music I have on my computer on a re-writable cd?
Alternatively, can I use itunes to burn on a CD? If so, how?

Don't waste your time with iTunes, it can be done, but it lacks the functionality of good CD burning software.
Use AVS Disc Creator. It can write CDs, CD-RWs, DVDs, pretty much everything, even Blu-Ray! And, it's free.
