Fake tan is safer
I mean out of a bottle, not on a sun bed

I would strongly advise against getting a tan either bu the sun, or a tanning table. Tanning by these methods is the same thing as getting yourself roasted, like the Thanksgiving Day turkey. This is NOT meant to be a joke, ask any doctor, and they will tell you the same thing I am telling you. If you constinue to get tans years after year, you skin by age 25-30 will lose most of its suppleness, and will begin to look leathery, not to mention the increased chances for skin cancer. The choice is yours. You want to look good for a few days out the month, and pay the consequences later on in life?

Real tan, a fake tan never has a guarantee that it will come out right so you may be walking around for a week with a hideous orange tan. Just make sure to use a lot of sunscreen.

Think of it this way, after ten minutes in the sun without sunscreen of at least 15+ you have already permanently damaged your skin, even if you see no sun burn or damage. If you would like to look like a saddle bag with eyes by the time you are 35 go the real tan, I would suggest a fake tan, just remember to exfoliate before you apply and wash your hands after, nothing worse than a suntanned palm!

If you feel you need a tan I would go with the new temporary tans. Loreal and Jergens make creams for realistic tans that last up to 5 days. Just keep reapplying for longer tan. These are much improved over the old "orange looking" tan and do not streak

A natural tan is good, if you don't stay out in the sun to bake for 8hrs, 3-4 times a week... it's good to get some rays, but not a lot of them... Tanning beds are bad if you use them for long periods of time... i've been to a tanning bed twice, and that's because it was raining in South Florida and i was really white.... but everything is good in moderation. Go out and enjoy the pool and beach, but use SPF 30 or higher and don't stay out in the sun for too long.

A natural tan is better, if you insist on having a tan. Just be warned that exposure to the sun leads to dark spots on your skin and many people get leathery skin by the time they are in their 40's.

A real tan is better. But fake depending on how you do it. Tanning beds aren't good for you but spray on rock. I would recommend having a pro spary tan you. They can make you as dark as you like and enhance certain features. I have small boobs and my lady gives me what looks to be clevage! I love it and it is safe!!!

both can cause cancer, but that's only if u have to much!
i say real tan its safer and lasts longer, also cheaper if u live in a hot country.
fake tan has chemicals which can make yoUr skin wrinkle if u put 2 much on. also fake tan can give u rashes if it's ur allergic, or if it has additional chemicals.

real tan (or regular tan) is way better than going to the tanning bed or something. cause when you go to a tanning place many people get skin cancer after that because they give u many chemicals!
so all over all, real tan is better!
