I have the same issue on other parts of my body, it sounds like you body is overreacting to something, so change your soap to dove, and if it does not improve in 2 days, get some over the counter hydrocortisone which help me a lot. Tanning every two weeks also has done miracles to the red rashes, basically clearing them up completely . Good Luck!

it´s the cold weather , most people suffer from what´s called cold sores . go to your chemist and ask for a chap stick , or lip sole, comes in a small tube , bit like a bit of chalk really, They cost very little and you just put this on your lip´s a bit like when you apply lipstick. and you´ll see the difference in no time. of course if it dose´t help ,but sure it will go back and ask your chemist . some time´s a trip to the chemist is quicker than going to your GP for something´s after all they have study´d medicine

My son gets that if he licks around his lips. He thinks by doing this his lips won't be dry and sore - instead he ends up with chapped lips (even worse) and a red sore around his mouth. Stop licking and invest in some lipsil/vasaline!
