I'm a dermatologist and I'd have to see them to be able to give advice. Would you be able to post a picture to imageshack and link to that?
Thanks.

The sweat absorbed by the headband is a good source of nutrition for bacteria and they have move from the fabric to the skin and embed themselves just under the surface causing these spots which are colonies of bacteria. If you must wear a headband it should be washed every day. To get rid of the spots you'll need medication. See a doctor fast.

There's no way to get rid of them ULTRA fast I'm afraid, but there are certain things you can do to speed up the process. - Drink plenty of water, this will help with other things as well as your spots. - Get a healthier diet in general. - Find out your skin type: oily, dry, sensitive etc. There are plenty of quizzes on the internet to find it out. - Use this skin type and go to either a chemist or medical store such as Boots/Superdrug and buy a cleanser. - Alternatively, go to LUSH and ask for assistance there. They're extremely friendly - more friendly than any other shop staff I've spoken to. They'll most likely ask your skin type, and recommend a product for you. I have sensitive skin and have been using Angels On Bare Skin for almost a week now, it makes my skin incredibly soft and has cleared up all of my large and small spots. I also recommend putting a bit of Sudo Creme on them, trust me, it's a life saver. It's very cheap and you can get it from most stores. The zinc is great for clearing up the spots.

Don't stress! Stop wearing the head band for one. You've probably got spots as the skin got greasy from wearing it. There is no easy and natural way, just keep your skin clean, eat lots of fruit and veg, and drink lots of water. Also, the question of getting rid of spots is constantly on here, so you're not alone and just check out answers to those questions too.

I would suggest that you get rid of the headband. Sounds simple to me, if you do this and the spots disappear then you know what caused them. If they are still there, then it could still be the headband, but you could have a referral point.

Just stop wearing the headband and they will go away in their own time. There is ,unfortunately no "quick" way to get rid of them.

Put the headband back on. At least no one will be able to see them.

keep your head clean, don't squeeze them and just treat them like any other spot, they will go away on their own, don't wear the headband again.

i use tea-tree face mask and blemish stick from the body shop and it works really quickly and effectivley. but you could also do a facial sauna. try not to squeeze them tho, as they will go all red!!! also drink lots of water and it will get rid of all the impurities in your skin, but will make you go to the loo about a million times and hour!! lol good luck hope this helps xx

Drink loads of alcohol before you go to bed. When you wake up your skin will be as dry as the Gobi desert. Spots can't survive in an arid environment and doing this will soon clear up your bad complexion.

Pile Cream, sounds strange I know, but it really works to reduce size and redness fast!
