VW New Beetle.
It's got the character.
It's got the history.
It's peppy, frisky, easy to park.
Amazingly roomy inside (every single passenger says this when they first get in)
It makes me smile every morning.
It corners like it's on rails.
It can't be mistaken for anything else.
It's loaded with options, and reliable.
It's my daily driver AND my toy.
Other Beetle owners wave at you.

My favorite car was a 1967 Plymouth GTX w/426 Street Hemi. The absolute most awesome car I have ever ownedIt was rated at 425 horsepower (for insurance reasons) but in reality put out a lot more. I was into drag racing in those days and this car could run high 12 to low 13 second times in the 1/4 mile in street trim.

My 1966 Rambler 770 classic 4 door, my 1965 Rambler 660 classic 2 door, and my 1976 CJ7. i like all my childrens the two. I had a 1991 Acura Legend LS, yet sadly, she kicked the bucket. I nonetheless omit her heated leather-based seats, and the tire chirping (in 3 gears) automatic. i've got had many many others, and have vowed to in no way sell yet another motor vehicle, just to maintain finding out to purchase extra!

1955(?)Mercedes Benz 350SL Gull Wing coupe Fuel injected six 180mph showroom (about 1955) and finished 1,2,3 At Le Mans (24hr race in France) and I think 1,2 or 1,2,3 at Migla Mille (5000 mile race in Italy). Considered perhaps number one all time classic car.
Why? Because I never got to drive one, much less own one!
and my 1966 fast back 427 4spd Corvette ran out of rpm before it could run nearly that fast!

My favorite car is the Corvette. They are well made GM cars that cannot rust since they are made of fiberglass. They are very fun to drive and can cruise at great speeds safely. I have a 1994 C4 Copper Metallic.
