What you said isn't overdoing and giving 3 gifts for 3 occasions is quite thoughtful. What's a big no is giving one gift for all of the 3 occasions now that's overdoing.
1. Plan ahead: Don’t buy gifts or flowers at the last minute; make dinner reservations now, long lines can kill the date. Walking to the front of the line will make her feel like a princess.
2. Either take her out to dinner or cook her meal. Give her the night off from the kitchen.
3. Instead of dinner by candlelight, serve her breakfast by candlelight.
4. When you tell her you love her, say it with enthusiasm, and from your heart.
5. Make a list of the 10 reasons why you fell in love with her. Better yet; make a list of 20 reasons why you love her even more today.
6. Always get her a card, better yet, make her one yourself. Reveal your true feelings.
7. Always wrap her gifts. Use extra nice wrapping paper and fancy bows. Remember, you’re trying to make her feel special.
8. Take her to church and say a special prayer for your relationship. This idea will have a huge impact.
9. Take her on a picnic.
10. Go for a walk and hold hands.
11. Read her poetry.
12. Sing her a love song.
13. Spend the day watching romantic movies.
14. Recreate your first date.
15. Stay at a hotel’s honeymoon suite.
16. Carve her initials and yours in a tree.
17. If you can, take the day off from work.
18. If you plan to buy her clothing, make sure you know all her sizes.
19. Make an effort that is as big as the love you have for her.
20. The goal is to make her feel special.

Is this the 1 year anniversary? Or have you two been together longer? Looks like the gifts you plan on giving are smaller gifts so that is OK.
If it's only been a year or a 6 month or something shorter, this is what you should do.
On your anniversary give her flowers and the love note.
On Valentines day give her the the teddy bear and card.
On her birthday take her out to a nice dinner. Give her some balloons. If you really want to buy her a gift make sure it's something small like a CD or something.
If you've been together for 2 or more years, it's totally OK to spend a little bit more money and feel totally OK with giving her 3 gifts that are a little more expensive for all the occasions.
I bet she will be happy and love whatever the gifts you get for her! Hope that helps.

Too much gift? Did I hear you right? Uh, NOT! Us women love gifts. Any gifts are good! I would make the anniversary a special occasion of it's own. It is, right? Dinner, a movie, a card. Then, I'd celebrate Valentine's Day together with her. Spend time with her on a fun filled date or something other than what you did for your anniversary. If evening is the only time you'll see each other, do the cooking yourself one of the nights and go out the other. March is a whole other month. Deal with that when the time comes. After all, you've got two whole weeks! Enjoy all the celebrating! How fun!

I would try a single rose and the hand written note for your anniversary. Roses or any flower tend to get pricey around Valentines Day.
I think the card and bear as long as it is not to expensive are great for Valentines Day
Her Birthday should be a little more special. Try dinner and a very nice gift. Whatever you can afford, would determine the gift, not sure how old you are or price range. Keep you ears open she may be dropping hits, my husband does that all the time.
Good Luck!

I guess buy a simple thing for each occassion. Even a flower would give a great flavour to the anniversary. It is not excessive at all, it is a bless that shows a flood of a needed affection.
Best wishes and great anniversaries :)

On the flip side, you get to cruise until Christmas with nothing else to buy. Celebrate as a couple the first two, but make sure the birthday gift is all about her.

Hi there,
Yeah I know...its very hard to choose as a gift for someone who you love...I know it only when I choose gifts for my regular female friends...but I can only imagine what is it if you buy for your own sweetheart :).
I would say to buy her something for each of the days. If you miss 14th feb to say...she can wonder why you didnt buy a gift for the Valentines day?
By the way: http://amazon.com (they are not that bad).
