Maybe because you into it with the thought already in your head that you're going to get bored after 20 months (if this has happened multiple times). Or maybe that's just the point in the relationship that you feel that things are getting serious, and you just aren't ready to settle down.

You probably just don't have much excitement in the relationship. You need to try to spice up your relationship by doing something out of the ordinary. Try giving her flowers or a sweet note/letter telling them how glad you are that they are in your life. Notes/letters is probably your best bet because it shows that you actually care about the person to spare sometime for the person. By doing this, they will do something back and that will make you relationship much more exciting! And remember, good relationships take work.

most relationships get to "that point" but if both of you work at it then you can still move on together and even more in love with each other. maybe you guys need some time away to miss each other, or maybe discover new things together. IF you both want it, then it will work. God bless.

coz there is no love so u have to get bored just try to refresh the relationship by doing something new try to make it new and if there is a true love then maybe the proplem is from the otherside not from u.

I don't think its boredom. I think you just get to comfortable and things just don't seem as fun anymore. Like you two have become brother and sister instead of a couple. It always happens.
