I don't use much butter at all, but do like the tiniest bit on some of my veggies (peas, corn, carrots, brocolli). Is it better to use whole butter or some other type of spread???

please do NOT eat margarines or spreads, butter is natural and in moderation poses no health risk whatsoever, fat is not the enemy, the chemical content of margarine is one (literally) component away from being plastic. it should be baned. a diet of fresh vegetables and meats along with some grains (in moderation) will hold you in good stead.

It depends if you have a cholesterol problem or a weight problem even the tiniest bit of extra weight is something that our bodies have to carry around 24/7 (24 hours 7 days a week) so don't ask your body to do too much work ; a lot of vegetables and a mixture of vegetables is a good thing but try to get a taste for it without the butter or else don't have it on your bread----the choice is yours ---a little is the important word but how little is your little ???

butter is ok in small amounts. Do not use margarine, its only one molecule away from being plastic and i'm not making that up either, your safer with a small amount of butter.
