Whats a great workout to get abs? Im 15, 175cm(5ft 7inch), 68kg (150lbs). Im bulky or stocky either way you put it im more musclular than fat. I have a 4 pack and on some days I can see the outline of my six pack so I think Im close. How long would I expect to get a defined ab ripple? Also could you reccomend the workout any of you do?

most of the time if you are able to get a six pack it is already there it is just covered with fat, so first step is to do calorie burning cardio. But as far as toning you abs, got to self.com they have a lot of different excersised listed that you can print our with pictures showing how to do them! Good luck, but don't get discouraged you can be extremely tone and still not have a six pack, apparently its heriditary whether one will shoe up or not!

you are far too young to use a diet supplement, so excercise more, do crunches, but also do some type of cardio, and make sure you eat healthy, also drink LOTS of water and cut out the soda, you'll never get a 6 pack drinking a 12 pack!

I've been used hoodia gordonii for about 2 weeks and lost 6 pounds. Hoodia gordonii product really does cut your appetite.
