AGE 10 yr; cannot understand well, speech defect, cannot speak well.

there is sophia oppurtunity school ,bangalore.
school for mentally retarded,delhi.......etc.all this information is from google search.so, please satisfy yourself with all the details before going ahead . all the best

So many schools for mentally retarded children are in Thrissur Dt. Kerala.Dont worry , you can find out good schools near to your residence.
