BRAHMA is the creator of the Universe and therefore Universe is called Brahmand. Brahmand includes all the stars and planets. Animals, plants etc are part of the universe and rae also created by Brahma. Thus there are no secondary creator. Birth of a child is not a creation as creation means to produce from nothing. But child is rebirth of a soul in the form of a physical shape. Man can not create a child . Even clones are not the production of man. They are produced from existing .material. Read Srimad Bhagwat for further and better understanding. In Shiv Puran, it is mentioned that the Universe was created by Maha Shiv, who appeared with brilliance of many SUNS in total darkness-just like big bang theory.

Lord Brahma is the creator of this universe, Vishnu is responsible for maintaining the creation & Lord Shiva is resposible for demolition. Krishna is supreme personality of the Godhead. In vedas we can find that there are many Akash ganga (science also reveals the same) or the milky way. The Brahma we are talking about is for the one in which we live. He is Brahma with four heads. There are similar Brahma responsible for the creation of other Akash Gangas.
