I doubt that dressed in street clothes, Bourdais would be recognized in public by many people. Amazing that a person can win a national championship at the top level of auto racing in America three times and still be so unknown. Champcar's PR department is dropping the ball on this one, I think.

I would, but I never miss a race for that series. I doubt anyone else would though. It could be the fault of the PR, but the series is so unpopular that I don't think they can get any major networks to care and book him on any shows. Let's face it, the only reason people know Danica is because she is the girl racer who lead a few laps at Indy. Most people don't know who Sam Hornish or Helio Castroneives is from that series either. Not to mention Michael Schumacher from F1, and that sport is huge worldwide. People here only want NASCAR and that's just the sad truth.

I barely recognize him in uniform walking around at Long Beach. There are some driver's that just don't have that "Driver Look".
