u need that extra food during ur exams... bcoz even though ur not exercising physically.. ur brain is utilising that nutrition. so dont worry.. even if u do put on some weight hr n thr.. no prob it will come down aftr ur exams.
but u sure can go for a walk for 20 mins.. it'l give u a good break n help u relax.
right now dont think of useless things just concentrate on ur exams.. good luck!

First step would be to educate yourself about nutrition. Fat ( Fat tissue ) Carbohydrates ( Energy ) Protein ( Bones and muscle tissue) These three "things" are what make up food. If you want to gain mass, you need to eat above your daily caloric need. You can look up a calculator on the internet to see your daily caloric need. The belly and the upper part of the legs are the main areas where your body stores fat, so don't be impressed you only gain fat there. Your arms are supposed to be made up of muscle, which is why you have arms in the first place - to lift/grab objects, and it requires muscle. If you want bigger arms - start lifting weights and eating Protein. You can see your daily protein need on any calculator on the internet. This will result in muscle tissue production and over time your arms will become bigger. But don't just workout your arms - you need to workout your whole body. Protein rich foods: Meats ( especially Chicken ) Cottage cheese Peanut Butter ( also has a lot of fat, watch out ) Oatmeal - Just bother to read waht you eat on the packaging. And getting rid of fat is the exact opposite of gaining muscle - if you want to lose belly and other fats you need to do cardio and you also need to lover your calory intake. You can't build muscle ( increase mass) and lose fat ( mass) at the same time. Set your priorities.

Take 5 minutes to read teen advice then click on home page. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

You can modify your diet by including more of vegetables and fruits and by cutting down oil, fat, and meat, without starving.
Pl.consult a dietitian and he will work out the best diet for you considering your age, weight, health and other parameters if any.

"Fat" is in the eyes of the beholder, some super models think their fat when they only weigh 100 lbs and their bones ar sticking out..ha ha..... finish finals, then concentrate on weight, one thing at a time,,watch what you eat and how much, drink lots of water, stick to eating at meal time and not snacking. good luck

I have an idea that you aren't really fat, but you think you are. And so, no one else is suggesting dieting or over-exercise. If you want to change your diet, eat more fruits such as apples and bananas.

I use to do push-ups with the book under my face. I would mark a page or a section to get through before I'd stop one type of exercise and move to another.
