I have a copy of the New Saudi Labor Law, however, there is no article pertaining the expiration of a re-entry visa to Saudi Arabia. Directives from the Ministry of Labor changes from time to time.

In my previous experience with my company in Saudi Arabia, an expired visa could be extended to a few more months, with approval from youur Saudi company. However, if you have no intention to come back to your same sponsor, you need another visa from a different sponsor. A minimum of 1 year from your last exit date is required before you are allowed another visa to Saudi Arabia.

I advise you to check with your local recruitment agency in India for the latest directives regarding this matter.

Good luck.
