like with out having a nightmare or anything just waking up all the sudden scared

i'm scared to wake up every day.but every day i wake up is another day i get over it and helped someone.

Yes, sometimes it is a nightmare that we can't even remember. Nightmares are awful, especially since most of us don't know what they mean. Some people say it is because we ate too soon before we went to bed.

I wake up screaming at the top of my lungs for no reason sometimes. You might be having a nightmare, just not remembering it. Dreams are freaky, dude.

yes on many occasion's, i went to the Dr and was diagnosed with G.A.D... general anxiety disorder.. If this happened to you often I would go to your Dr and tell him whats happening to you.. if it only happened once i would say you had a nightmare you don't remember or sub concisely you have something bothering you.. yeah i do alot but it could be a disorder called ptsd like i wake up sometimes for no reson or i wake up recalling something bad thats happined in my life

yeah this happens when you fear about something in your mind and u are not thinking about it consciously but you are insecure about it the make your mind free and don't worry a light heart lives longer and the best part is to ignore it and .. live ur life.. engage urself in something that can give you joy

yeah happens to me on many occasions...but i do think its because of something i have dreamt before you jusr forget you dreamt that you know..?
