Well id firstly ask her out with a few people that way you guys can talk say go cinema a few of you or a few to a theme park ect
then ask her out just the two of you after you've had a chat!!

Do you know her well enough to talk to her?
Don't just think that she'll turn you down based on looks, if you like her then just try and see what she says, but talk to her on your own, as friends might decide for her that they don't like you.
