First have a check up with your practice nurse to check that you are not underweight for any medical reasons. If that is not the problem then the only real way to change your weight is to change your lifestyle a little, if you eat more you will simply become fatter, a good balance would be to become involved with a sport so that you put on muscle weight and continue to eat healthily.

It can be worrying dear, so many people are trying to lose weight and you feel the need to gain it.
What you need to do is stop smoking, stop walking around too much and start eating the right things. There are plenty of diets online to follow. Gradually build up your calorific intake by about 500 per day.
Crash gain supplements are available which will boost you to a massive 14lb extra within a few weeks. but once you stop taking it you may lose half that.

Naturally slim people are made so by their particular metabolism.
You can eat and eat without putting on weight. Controlled load bearing exercises are the only sound method to adopt but have a word with your doctor before you begin.
To gain POUNDS (!) rapidly open up a gym for fat people. As they, in their various efforts to lose weight, pay through the nose your bank balance will get fatter and fatter.

i was in the exact same position as u! although in the past i stopped smoking and put on at least a stone and a half! but because i was eating alot of rubbish in between meals, i got spots and i only put the weight on in certain places eg: belly, boobs n bum!!!
I have since lost the excess and am just about my ideal weight! Try and eat more bread n drink more milk (more calories) but if its in your make up to be thin, then theres nuthin much u can do about it!! Love yourself for who you are!

Buy weight gain supplements . It comes in a big tub and is in powder form. You mix it with milk and it has flavours like vanilla and bananna and you take it after meals. You get it in most health food stores.. It helps though if you are training in a gym with weights ..

You need to eat a balanced diet and take regular exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat and is better for you. If you smoke and drink to excess then stop.
