I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

I saw a programme on BBC2 (I think) ' The Truth About Food' the other night and it showed scientists carrying out tests on this and the conclusion was that your metabolic rate has nothing to do with burning fat or losing weight. It said that the only reason (except medical) that people are overweight is because they eat too much

Take more exercise - walk up stairs instead of using the lift, walk or cycle to work instead of taking the car. Go for a walk instead of slouching in your armchair watching the TV. Keep to a sensible, healthy diet, eating more fruit and vegetables. Avoid too much sugar and salt as found in processed foods. Exercise will also make you feel hungrier, so avoid eating too much. Don't go shopping on an empty stomach - or you will buy too much foodstuff! Go to the swimming baths on a saturday, instead of sitting in a pub drinking beer!

I was watching a programme the other night, they took 2 women, one fat and one thin, they did this test that showed the larger girl's met rate was quicker than the slim girl. So in answer to your question, just intake less food and exsercise more.

I tried drinking loads of ice clod water, as recommended in a womans mag!
It stopped me being hungary, & yes I did lose weight, but that was because I spent most of the day sat on the loo!!!!
