In my bedroom next to bathroom I have a sink and next to it there is a wet area 1'x2' in size and it is not coming from sink. Could it be a broken pipe under ground?

The house is on a slab foundation and the water is not coming from the ceiling or sink cabinet or pipes. Spill is not possible because it is getting worse.

It could be a broken pipe. I am assuming that you live in a house built on a slab.
Do you have heat in the floor?
Have you looked up at the ceiling to see if anything is dripping down? Is the sink in a vanity cabinet? You may have to remove it to find the leak. Of course, this means taking out the sink as well.
