go to any web sites that displays chinese fonts, you will be prompted to install chinese language pack to view the web page properly. when the dialogue box appears, click install, then insert the winxp cd rom in to the CD drive. it's smooth sailing from there.
To convert chinese language to english language (Text only). go to http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en
follow the instructions and you translate your texets from English to Chinese or any other language you like. Have fun....

I have a screenshot of my PC when visiteng Wikipedia. ( http://www.geocities.com/Gambar-Layar.png ). I can see almost all font there. BTW, i'm not using windows, so don't know how to make it on Windows.
And translating languages, Osy have told you to use Google, so am I.
