both female and male ones to have more of this kind of cat , unfortunately as every body knows the male cat sprays all over , my question is
IS THERE ANY WAY TO MINIMIZE THIS ACTION ?

Yes, you can minimize it by doing the responsible thing and have him neutered and the female spayed.

I love white cats, but I'm not about to go out and get a unneutered male and an unspayed female just so I can add to the all ready over population of stray and feral cats in the world.

a neutered male cat don't spray anymore....get him neutered...surprised to hear that there is a shortage of Persians in Iran...just like there are not that many Newfoundland dogs in Newfoundland, Canada

I've had several male cats in my lifetime. None of them sprayed. They were all neutered.
