im sure that you don't need to lose weight and please don't be depressed about it!!! as for the eating if you eat fruit such as melon, celery, grapes - well any fruit really it will make you feel full and so you won't feel as though you want to eat junk!!! also celery i know only has about 8 calories per stick so its hardly likely that its going to make you gain weight. Also exercise will help but dont go down to the gym as you may not enjoy it!! take up a sport that you actually enjoy as this will help you keep motivated and because you enjoy it you'll want to do it more!!!! good luck :-)

There is light at the end of the tunnel.First of all,Stage1.Write a list of everything that you eat for the next week.As you go through your week write down another list of food that you feel would be good for you .Stage 2.Study both lists and blend the two together,i.e.Day1.if you decide to have burger and chips ,have half a portion of chips and add a salad.Try to use a low fat burger and a wholemeal bap, this is more filling and you will eat less.Day 2.Choose again a blend of both your lists,i.e.baked potato and pizza, have a smaller slice of pizza with half fat cheese and again add a salad, finish with an apple or pear.Follow this pattern for a week and then weigh yourself.Week 2.Day 1.Boiled potatos with salad ,fresh vegetables,1/2 fat grated cheese, wholemeal bap.Finish with grapes.Day 2.Omlette served with salad,Day 3.Brown rice served with mixed vegetables and low fat sauce sweet and sour.Finish with fruit and elmlea single cream.Fresh water.Day 4.Salad and pasta in sauce.Finish with fruit.Day 5.Spaghetti bolognese serve half the amount you would normally have,Finish with fruit and 1/2 fat cheese and biscuts.Day 6.soup served with crusty wholemeal bread and grated 1/2 fat cheese.fruit. Day 7.Choose a blend of anything from your two lists.Vary your choices to create interest in your diet.Week 3.write a new list of food you would like to try !Again following the pattern of week two.Generally breakfast time., eat cereals ,yogurt, fruit wholmeal toast.Always drink plenty of water as this flushes your system through ,try herb teas and de cafe coffee.Weigh yourself every week and let the weight go down gradually do not crash diet .You will see a pattern of weight loss according to the food you choose.use a carb and calorie counter. At the end of the month buy a new outfit this will cheer you up choose a bright colour or something flattering in pink or pale blue, take a friend to help you choose ,it will be 1 size smaller ,WOW! Enroll in a new class ,try something different i.e.Art,design,teaching ,needlework the choice is yours.Go out once a month to a nice restaurant and test your new powers of food programming. But most of all remember this is something you have acheived on your own terms.have fun in your new life the time has come to be positive. You can do this!!!!!(motto) I must exercise everyday ,walk, dance, swim.

Do not over-worry yourself. Loosing weight can be a fun thing to do.
First of all, you should never be depressed. Being depressed not only can be dangerous to your mental-being, but it also affects your weight. Celebrate life! Be Happy!!!
Once you're a happy person, then you may start to loose weight.
First of all: empty your fridge off any unhealthy foods- snacks, chocolates, .....you get the point.....Fill your fridge only with healthy foods like veges, fat-free milk, cheese and don't forget your meats.
For chickens, eat only white meat. Take away any skins or fats from your meats. Avoid deep-fried foods! Go to foodnetwork.com- get some good healthy recipes and start cooking healthy!
Eat only 3 meals a day! Divide your meals into separate bowls that you'll finish at intervals of time. Eating slower helps prevent overeating. No snacks! No foods after 9pm! No foods right before sleeping or napping. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Most importantly, EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! Morning/ evening jogs are very very much recommended. Exercising gets your mind off food and into a much healthier lifestyle. Find a good exercise buddy- a friend is always helpful and makes things a lot easier.
If you have problems in your life, consult a doctor- don't immediately go for food to redeem yourself. Self-control is key to weight loss.

I am in the same headspace as you kind of.
Don't try everything at once. Slowly cut out things one at a time. Or do like a carb free day, or dairy free day.
That will help you bring it down.
If you go out don't bring money so you won't be tempted to buy things, or make sure you have easier alternatives at home. Drink lots of green tea. It tastes alright if its mint flavoured. It helps you lose weight and hot water lowers hunger.
Keep yourself busy, find out what the foods are that you always break your diet over. If you can't stop eating excercise.

Well first of all, dont let the thought 'I have to loose weight Eat you!'..getting a few pounds off is not a joke..it takes time like many things in life do, only constant motivation and a strong will can help you loose all those fats. Its all in your mind. When ever you mind tempts you to eat, just say 'NO I am in control not my mind' Calories dont matter ,regular workouts and healthy food does.
Meet ya laterz after you loose wt yeah?

the best thing to do is know what your problem is, thats the first step to fixing it so well done!! Maybe every time you eat something, think before you put it in your mouth "is this wrong" and "how will I feel afterwards". You could start by eating as many fruits and vegetables as you like, instead of sugary or fatty or high calorie foods. start with exotic things like strawberries, banana's, passionfruit, mango etc, they taste great and aren't boring to eat at all. you could mix it with some low fat ice cream as a treat, instead of a more fatty treat.
start by writing down everything you eat now, write down your goal, and then write down all the things you know you shouldn't eat. make a copy of this and give it to a person who you trust and you don't want to let down. most importantly stick to the list. you are worth the effort and you deserve to feel better and be healthier. you can do this!!
