that they will not employ. you see th problem is that i have a stutter/stammer. i wanted to get a job as an administrator but i am afraid to use the phone as i will probably end up stuttering. can someone offer me any advice? do you know anyone with a stutter that works in an office. i have good qualifications but this had hindered me all my life.....

I work in a busy office with a guy that has a bad stutter. He is fantastic at his job and his stutter seems to diminish when he is on the phone for some reason. There are administration jobs out there where you don't need to be on the phone all the time. Have faith in yourself, keep trying and somebody will see past your stutter soon.
