how is it that only one person gets rated as the best answer? could she/he be having more than one profile to ask questions, answer and rate them her/himself? is it fair or should be reported? new member who is confused.. pl help

I suppose what you suggest is possible. I am unfamiliar with ST. What catagory are his/her questions and answers usually in? As far as reporting it, you'd have to absolute proof, can't just accuse on suspicion. Is it fair, no, not really. However, if somebody is that much of an idiot, who has to make up other identities to vote themselves best answers in order to get points that are worthless, just be glad you are not them. Don't waste to much time getting upset over this. Just continue on asking and answering some questions, it's a nice way to pass some time.
