YES this can get very annoying. It's nice when someone says it to you because it means they care about you. But do you really need to know that they care about you every second? I think we can remember that people care about us without constant reminders, but it is nice to hear it once in a while. I know my gf loves me even if she does not say so everyday because:

She told me before and she shows me she loves me.
Tell your bf to space it out. Redundancy can make anything annoying. Redundancy can make anything annoying. Redundancy can make anything annoying. Redundancy can make anything annoying. There are times that saying "I love you" is good and you enjoy it, but constantly doing it might get a little frustrating. Just maybe say it two or three times a day. It's like you can eat, but you can't keep eating...or maybe you couples can hug or kiss instead of saying I love you. Try a variety of things.

my bf and I have been together for 10 years, and we still keep on saying i love you almost everyday...and i never get annoyed or tired hearing it. in fact, i love it. Why don't you tell him that he doesn't have to tell you he loves you almost every minute of the day but can express it in a different way.

yes, it can get annoying. those 3 words are very important buy if your bf really wants to tell you always how much you mean to him, he could try to rephrase like saying 'you mean a lot to me', etc. but, if he really means it, just be happy. it's good 3 words, actually great and it's nice to hear. but if you really hear it like every second, tell him that it's kinda irritating and redundant. it's like not showing you that he's not sincere. tell him that, but in a way that's not harsh

Yes, I think it would be exremely annoying to be hearing it every second... To me, it "cheapens" it. My husband and I keep it fresh by saying it infrequently, and expressing our love for each other with actions rather than words. Words are cheap.

Yes, the more you hear it the less it means coming form the person. Those are 3 words that should be used sparingly.

oh yeah. when said too frequently it looses its meaning. like:

him: can you grab me a mountain dew from the fridge?
you: ok, hang on.
him: I love you.
you: I love you too.

its like, okay..its just mountain dew. Conserve the I love you's for a little bit more special time. I know exactly what youre saying.

Yes it can. But let him know that you like him to tell you that, but not every time you turn around or every second.

Yes Indeed. I had a Girl Friend that told Me this every few minutes. I told Her Sweetie I know You Love Me, But please quit tell Me this. To Me It was Monotonous.
