Whether it was a death experience, vision like mine did, maybe being called up to the Heavenly realm. I am here to tell you that your spirit does survive death(soul)You feel just as real if not more real than you do now, and your sences are so much better. So have you have any experiences where it has happened to you.My mother told me about a pastor I once new named Darell Watson, and he had a heart attack a few years ago and he went to Heaven and saw a large room with no walls, and heard someone say behind him "In my Fathers house there is many mansions". He turned around to see who it was, and the next thing he was back in his body with his family slapping his face saying come back to us. He said he did not want to come back, as I do not blame him. But not long after that first heart attack he went home permanently to be with the Lord. I long to go home so much. When I am in Heaven no way am I going to come back, as I am not going to, thank goodness.

The best parts of the earth are nothing compared to Heaven. Christians we will be going home not too many years from now if we are alive then for the rapture, if not we will be in Heaven anyway, but I believe it will be in the rapture when we are here on earth assuming we do not die within a few years.

I just don't know what to think then. The bible says that when you are dead, you know nothing.Eccl5:9. Even Jesus taught that. When he went to go wake up Lazarus, Jesus said he is sleeping. So am I suppose to believe the inspired word of God, or the experience of you. If everyone goes to heaven or hell immediately after death, then why the use for a resurrection? People of your faith confuses me so much, because it goes against everything the bible teaches, but at the same time I do believe that you believe in what you are saying.
Scientist have prove that the brainwaves are still active for moments after a person's death.
I was reading a answer you posted on a question and you stated something about a five year old who had drown and went to heaven and seen all the aborted babies, one thrown into a trash can or something similar to that. Why would a loving and just God show a innocent five year old something like that? I thought heaven was suppose to be this glorious place were there was no sadness?
This seems like a lot of contradiction going on from you compared to what the bible says. I believe in the bible. I am trying hard to understand where you are coming from.

I had a dream years ago, which was similar to Jacob's ladder. In the dream, I was in some top floor of a building and there was water all over and I assumed I died. Then I saw steps so bright and pure and angels were walking up and down the stairs. The angels were greeting me Hi and hello's and smiling so wonderfully, then when I got to the top, Jesus Himself was standing with wonderful robes and a king kind of look, so handsome, so wonderful and smiled at me. I assure you I have never met anyone so lovely in my life. When I got up, I cried so much and tried sleeping, so that the dream will continue..
I am so certain that the incident you said also is true, cause those who feel it, cannot but want to be there.
Now I feel God's presence so physically and He keeps me going on.
I feel an powerful urge to witness also, so that many will know that there is a true God.

I've had near death experiences a number of times. It's different every time you pass to the other side. There is no commonality. It's sometimes really peaceful and at other times extremely scary.

Near death experience, Out of Body experience, it happens but don't go looking for it. It is not anything to be tampered with by anyone. Let the Lord teach you out of His word.

Wow.. very interesting.. i dont have an answer, never have expirenced that before, although i did have a near death expirence, i dont recall ever seeing anything like that. All i recall was blacking out, and waking up somewhere else, and no one saw anything. .. but that's another story.
But i just wanted to comment on this subject and say that is is truely fascinating...

exactly 3 years ago on feb.03. 04 He took me to heaven (note that it was not soirit leaving instead i felt myself with this real body)
he showed me that this very earth is heaven !!!
and the kingdom of heaven has began in me since that time .
