I'm not particularly offended by what seems a fairly harmless little dig at the Scots supposed parsimonious nature.
But, why do you write 'no offence'? If you really meant no offence why post a potentially racist joke? Would it be OK to print rubbish like "All black people are lazy and dirty. No offence."?
