Frankly it's gonna be difficult to gain weight with a naturally fast metabolism. But what you can do instead, is develop as much muscle as possible with your small body.
I'd suggest eating regular 3 meal-a-day, but add in supper and probably brunch. Do not just eat fatty foods and exclude veges or others whatsoever! You're trying to gain weight for more muscle, not to gain weight and be fat (or so I presume)
Exercise regularly. Do more muscle building exercises like pull ups or push ups (push up is always the best exercise for any body types). Try to do more anaerobic exercises like weight lifting or sprints instead of aerobic, endurance exercises like long run, swimming, etc.
If nothing much changes, consult a doctor or a nutritionist.

Lets face it - people with fast metabolism will definitely have problem putting on weight but still there is a way. One is by
regularly consuming banana milk shake consisting of two glasses of milk, plus two ripe preferably cavendish variety banana, two tablespoon of honey plus two dollops of your favourite ice-cream all
together blended to form milk shake to be consumed at break-fast
and again in the evening. In exercise part holding Prithvi-mudra
wherein you touch the tip of ring finger with tip of thumb and keeping other three fingers straight and palms facing upward. Do this with both the hands.
Start with 5 minutes and you should be able to hold at a stretch
for 45 minutes or break it up into three portion by holding for 15
minutes in the morning , 15 in the afternoon and 15 minutes in the evening. This will go a long way in helping you achieve your goal of increasing your weight. If morning session of 15 minutes can be done in the presence of sunrays it will boost your chances more speedily. Good luck.

Hmmm...same! I think it's a mixed diet, eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, supper. Then you but too much food for your metabolism to use up in a day, surely!

Try potatos,corn,meats, and starchy foods.As for fruits,try bananas.Soup wise,eat the "cream of's".Also eat a lot of high proteins.
