maybe.....it'll be incredibly hard though.....you'll probably lose your friendship though

No, I really don't believe it's possible to "make" anyone fall in love with anyone.....
Sure, it can happen, but just from the way you asked the question, I think you might want to consider how you are coming across. Try being a great friend first. She's not going to fall in love with her big brother, but she might with her "best friend."
When she goes "the older brother" route with you, be clear that you don't see her that way (but kindly, or in a humorous way--ie. FLIRT with her!)

First of all you can't /make/ her love you.
But that kind of situation isn't unheard of. The question you need to ask yourself is whether or not your friendship is too important to risk.
You've been friends for a while right?
Then be honest with her tell her how you're feeling. She will appreciate the honesty even if she doesn't share those feelings.
