Frankly, if a person takes good care of themselve early on, they can slow down the aging process for the later years. This means lots of good restful sleep daily, less stress, no drinking or drugs, partying or staying up late.... & good physical fitness.
Combined, they can all do wonders for the later years.
It does go into your genetic history too. If your family members look good in their elder years, then you have a good chance of following in their steps. The same goes in the opposite direction, if they look bad or have alot of health problems. The key is to start early & never stop. The hardest thing, is trying to start late in life to regain youthfulness that can be hard to get back.

i have heard females are more mature than males- like a 15 year old male has a maturity level of a 13 year old female...... i think it is up to the genes with looks though.

Age the same...365 days is 365 days no mater what your gender is. Now mature that is a whole other ball game. There is a huge difference.

Both females and males age at a similar rate, but look at this way....when a man gets a grey hair, he is becoming distinguished, when woman get grey hair, she is getting old........when a man gets a wrinkle, he is developing character, when a woman gets a wrinkle, she is getting old lol.

its just the same, its just most females will hide there age. its all on the person. I did rember someone saying if you think about things to much . you will turn in to a old person

Not where I live! Women take much better care of their appearance and most of the men over 40 around here look haggard and pregnant!

This is a pure fact.Women age faster than men.No wonder a man is supposed to marry a woman whose more junior to him so as when they get old the wife doesn't become older than him.

Its true!Girls mature faster than boys up to about two years.If your'e thinking thats not true,then why in high school are all the boys ineterested in wrestling eachother,and being too afraid to ask you out,so they get their friends to do it!Lets face it,girls have all the brains!Sorry boys on this one!!!

If a female gets regular sexual satisfection form her loved one(husband), she remains always young.
Otherwise ages faster than men.
