Running is great for endurance and its cardio-vascular benefits, but let's face it, other than being thin, running isn't know for creating hot bodies. You have got to do squats to help build yours quads up (the muscles on the sides of the front of your thigh). You've also got to do lateral and rearward leg raises to tighten up aductors, abductors, and gluts. Doing any of those, without weights, will give your muscles that nice feminine bulk. The added muscle takes up space beneath your skin and leaves you not as much loose skin for wobble. It also pushes against the layer of fat under your skin and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.

well! Fergie has a great body! if you have abs like her we really deserved to see a picture. But just because your legs wobble don't get down on yourself. You probably need to firm up and tone - muscle can wobble too! Find a gynasium and walk the steps or stairs in your school or an office building -cut down on the junk food-esp-fatty stuff

You need to do exercises that will tone the muscles. Lifting light wieghts will do it the quickest. Jogging would be good too
