If you chop off a frog's leg, and the frog mates with another frog, the offspring will have legs.
The code for the makeup of the organism is present in the organism's DNA, and is not affected by the removal of outward parts.
Thus, if God were to remove Adam's rib, Adam's offspring would not necessarily be affected by the surgery.

Men have more ribs, because they have bigger appetites, and don't care about their figure as much. Plus women don't love meat as much as men.
Oh, you mean medically? The same. Of course. And the bible creation myth is just that. It's just a story; we know how things really happened now.

You've got me - I don't remember a lot from my human anatomy classes. But there was this one time that I went to Famous Dave's BBQ on all you can eat night... I assure you that I had the most ribs then.

I'm sorry to inform you of this but that story is a load of cr.p. No one has ever pulled out someone elses ribs and made a woman. Vampires and werewolves and santa are not real either.

Men, duh! According to the Holy Bible, men are superior to women in everything!
Other than that, men and women have an equal number of ribs, obviously.
