i hate my ex quite alot..
he trash talk bout me after i dump him..
n dat makes me hates him..
when we were together.. he made friends wit most of the guy friends off mine including those who r interested in me...saying dat we r together n so on.. i mean wth ?
he's really annoying dats y i dump him in the 1st place..
now..he's after my best friend.. disgusts me alot! all my best frenz hate him as well..
plz tell me wat can i do to get him out of my life!

Stop hating him first. Hate is a strong emotion, and if you really want to get this guy out of your life, you can't be all emotional about it. Feel nothing about him at all. You broke up. It's over.
He no longer needs to be part of your life, so don't worry about what he is doing, or who he is after. Do not talk to your friends about him. Don't tell them not to talk about him, because that invites more conversation, just don't express interest when they bring him up. Change the subject.
If you see him, think of him in your mind as a stranger. If he talks to you, be polite and excuse yourself, as if he were a stranger with an unpleasant odor. That is the smell of old drama, and it is cheap and funky.
Eventually, it will fade away.

I know how you really feel about it... You see, I've experienced that as well (with my ex). The best thing you can do is: Forget him, don't react to his trashtalks. sooner or later the people close to you will not really believe him. Come on, how will those close to you believe him? He's nothing but a low-life scumbag.
He's the same with my ex. Luckily for me my pals know me better than him.
Besides, always remember that the truth will always prevail. Heads up! Don't let that jerk ruin your life and your happiness.

That guy sounds like an annoying loser, just ignore him... he should get bored and go away and find some other chick that will give him attention, which is all he seems to want.

why are there so many people on here whining about stupid ex bfs? he's a jerk! move on! it's ok to hate him, just don't let it consume you and get him out of your life for good. if your best friend goes out with him, get her out of your life too. she will get what she deserves for dating him in the end.

He's a loser. And your friends obviously know he's a loser.
